Add tracking to an order

Add one package's tracking to the seller order in the path.

  • Idempotency: external_ref. Same reference, same result, no second customer notification; different data is 409.
  • Response: HTTP 200 with the required receipt fields; an optional message and extra response fields do not affect success.
  • Retries: SKUU retries a network failure, 429 and any 5xx; the schedule is on Errors and retries. Any other 4xx stops the flow and alerts SKUU customer service.
